Instructions

A. HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

    1. Visit www.actdrug.com


    2. Go to "My Account".

    3. Click "Register".


 4. Fill out all information/Required Fields.


    5. Check the "Privacy Policy".

    6. Click "Continue".


***Once you have created an account, wait for our approval then you may log-in.


B. HOW TO LOGIN


    1. Go to "My Account".

    2. Click "Login".


    3. Enter the "E-mail Address".

    4. Enter the "Password".

    5. Click "Login".


C. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER


    1. Log in to your account


    2. Go to "Shopping Cart".


    3. Type product name on "Find Products" text box.

        - Upon typing product name, related items will appear on the drop down list, select the item you want.

    4. Enter the "Quantity" of the product.

    5. Repeat Step 3 & 4 until you have placed all your orders.


    6. Click Insert Item once you have entered 10 items. If you are satisfied with your order, proceed to step 7. If you want to add more items, repeat steps     3-5.


    7. Click "Ok" on the pop-up message.


    8. Scroll down the "shopping cart" page to review your current orders.

    9. If you want to change the quantity of the item, you can edit by changing the quantity then clicking the refresh button(blue icon).

    10. If you want to remove the item, simply click on the x button(red icon) beside the item that you want to remove.

    11. If you are satisfied with your order, simply click on the check out button.


    ***Important Note: If you order items that are out of stock, you will not be allowed to proceed to checkout instead,

         a notification will appear telling you which items should be deleted.



    12. You will be directed to the "Check Out" Page.

    13. Select the address you want to use from the drop down list.

    14. Then click "Continue".


    15. If you have specific instructions (such as: delivery date, delivery receipt or sales invoice only, deliver to which branch/call or text total)

           for your purchase order, you may place it here.

    16. Press "Continue" if you are ready to proceed.

    


    17. Review your orders and click "Confirm Order" to finish your purchase order.

   


    18. A reference number will be given to you as a sign that we have received your order.


D. How to check Price and Stock


    1. Go to "Shoppping Cart" page.




    2. Type product name on "Find Products" text box as if placing an order.

    3. Type the desired quantity for price/stock check.

    4. Click "Insert Item" button.


    5. Check the price and stocks.

    6. Remove all items from the list if you are not placing an order otherwise, these items will be included in your next order.
