    Q: I'm new to your website, what should I do first?

    A: You must register an account with us and send us a photo of your License To Operate (LTO) at actdrug@gmail.com and wait to be approved.

    Q: I have already registered but I cannot open my account. What should I do?

    A:  Send us an email at actdrug@gmail.com. We need to verify your account before you can access it.

   Q: I forget my password. What should I do?

    A: Email us at actdrug@gmail.com. We will manually reset your password.

    Q: Can I place an order if I'm not a customer of ACT?

    A:  No, you must be a registered customer of ACT to use the website.

    Q: What else can I do on your website aside from placing orders?

    A: Aside from placing orders, you can also check prices of items and check stocks.

    Q: Can I check prices/stocks or place an order if I'm not logged in?

    A: You need to be logged in to use the features of the website.

    Q: What do I do if I have multiple branches?

    A: During registration, please type all your branches in the "company" field or you may email us at         actdrug@gmail.com or text us at 09453987745 to let us know which branches we need to include in your account.

    Q: What if I want to place an order for a different branch but I only have one store (1 LTO)?

    A: You may do so by placing an order and in the "check out" page, there is a comments section where you can add         your notes for us. This should be done every order to avoid confusion.

    Q: I want my order to be delivered on a certain day, how do I let you know using the website?

    A: You may let us know by writing it in the comments section on the "check out" page.

    Q: What if I have additional notes/comments for my order?

    A: We have left a comment section on the "check out" page for this reason.

    Q: I'm particular about expiration dates, how do I make sure I get items with longer expiration dates?

    A: Please leave a note on our comment section in the "check out" page that you want items with longer expiration         dates.

    Q: Is it possible that I don't receive all the stocks that I ordered?

    A: Yes, it's possible that you don't receive all the stocks even if the shopping cart was able to process,
         but rest assured we will be doing our best to serve your needs.

    Q: I only ordered 1 piece, why did I receive 1 pack instead?

    A: Some of our items sold by 1's,4's,6's, or by 12's. Please read the item description carefully when placing your order.

    Q: How do I know if you got my purchase order?

    A: Upon confirming your order during check out, you will receive a reference number.
        This means that your order is in our system already. If you want direct confirmation, please text us at 09453987745.

    Q: I usually order the same items, is there a way for me to order without having to encode the same items all the time?

    A: Yes, our website has a re-order function.

    Q: I have other concerns regarding the website, how do I contact you?

    A: You may call or text us directly at 09453987745. However, purchase orders sent through this number will not be         honored.

    Q: Can I still email my orders?

    A: Emailing your orders is highly discouraged as we have already created this website in order to serve you better.         Your orders will be processed much faster. You will be able to check stocks and prices without having to wait and to         reorder previous orders with just one click.
